In February 2018, the Associate to Advanced Collegiate Schools of Business Education (AACSBE) the world’s largest business education network celebrated Paul as part of the 2018 Influential Leaders Challenge Honoree on the impact he is making via Unity Dolls culture-vision initiative, through which he finds and implements solutions to socio-cultural and environmental issues facing the African child.
He Successfully led the strategy and vision to turn a 100 US Dollars start-up toys business to a Forbes mentioned company with a 10million US Dollars annual turnover and revenue of over 2million Dollars annually.
